With over seven years of hands-on experience in the mining industry, I have a strong background in safety compliance, training, and contractor management. My career began in a surface coal mine, where I developed a deep understanding of MSHA regulations, site safety practices, and operational demands. In my current role, I manage and maintain contractor compliance databases for over 35 different companies, including ISN, Veriforce, and Avetta. I ensure all records remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with industry and regulatory requirements. My work helps streamline compliance processes and supports safe, efficient operations across multiple organizations. I also conduct MSHA training, providing employees with the knowledge and tools they need to work safely and confidently in mining environments. My approach focuses on practical application, regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three kids and caring for my three cats, which keeps life both busy and rewarding.
